As our Production Artist and Operational Director, Lydia serves as the strategic and technical backbone of every shoot and production, ensuring seamless operations between the studio and the client. With years of industry tenure, she acts as a high-level partner to the photographer, moving beyond basic support to oversee all aspects of lighting design, digital workflows, and on-set management.
Her role is rooted in deep operational expertise—meticulously managing everything from wardrobe coordination and subject positioning to anticipating technical hurdles before they arise. By maintaining a professional environment that balances creative brand standards with polished, natural imagery, Lydia ensures that even the most ambitious visions are executed with precision and efficiency.

Every delivered image is individually color graded and retouched: skin tones kept natural, horizons straightened, distractions removed, and exports optimized for both screen and print.
